This recipe comes from the beautiful island, Barbados. Some locals there add tomato sauce, pizza sauce or sugar to change up the flavours. It can also be created in layers.
|400g Macaroni noodles|
|2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated|
|1 can evaporated milk|
|½ cup of onions, chopped|
|¼ cup of red peppers, chopped|
|salt and pepper to taste or use paprika|
|Options: 2 whipped eggs and or your favourite hot sauce|
