Description

A wonderful dip for bread, veggies or on your favourite protein.  ChefD recommends: Chicken, any kind of seafood or on a burger.

Ingredients

1 cup Gaylea sour cream
1/4 cup roasted peppers
3 cloves roasted garlic
1 tsp white Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth. About 30 seconds and serve.
