Bonnie’s Goan Curry

Ingredients:

Spiced Paste

½ inch Piece of Ginger

¼ tsp Turmeric

2 cloves of Garlic

1 tsp Cumin seeds

2 tbsp ground Coriander

3 tbsp Tamarind

Juice of half a lime

Blend all ingredients in a food processor

 

Remainder of ingredients:
1 Onion finely chopped

1 Tomato finely chopped

1 can of Coconut Milk

 

Instructions:

Over med/high heat sauté onion until very soft and translucent 3-5 minutes.  Add tomato and cook for 5 minutes, add coconut milk and spice paste and bring to a gentle boil for 5-7 minutes

 

Chefs Tips: Serve with Favourite fish or chicken or look at the Green Bean recipe!
Serves: 6-8

Total Time to Prep: 30 minutes
